New Juulchin Construction LLC

The Government of Mongolia initiated a construction plan of 40,000 apartments to serve the growing demand in housing in the capital city. NJC was formed in 2007 and started construction of 300 apartments to be completed by 2010 . First block of apartments scheduled to be put into utilization by the end 2009.
