Tengri Mines PLC is a Mongolian mining company focused on exploration, development and production projects in the minerals, gemstones and metals sectors.
The Tengri Mines owns over 20 promising exploration claims of different resources. These resources include fluorspar, gemstones, gold, silver, iron ore, copper, zinc, nickel, bismuth and other metals and minerals. Out of these projects two are already ready for development. The fluorspar fields of Tengri Mines carry confirmed deposits of 7 million MT. At the gemstone mine at "Shavariin Zaram" 88 tons of pyrope, 128.5 tons of chrysolite (olivin) and 25 tons of sanidine have been confirmed and forecasts show a huge potential for further big reserves of gemstones (including Korundum group and diamonds).
The goal of Tengri Mines is to further explore and develop the existing claims and to acquire additional mining and production assets in Mongolia by leveraging on its local knowledge and contacts and sourcing western financing.
